Anjanette Murphy, SVP of Transactions
Anjanette has overseen the sourcing and closing of over 2,000 single-family homes across multiple states. Anjanette leads TCG’s Transactions Department with responsibility for all aspects of sourcing, contract negotiations, and closing single-family homes for the on and off-market channels. She is a Realtor in multiple states.
Prior to joining TCG in 2018, Anjanette held senior roles at several national brokerages managing teams representing buyers and sellers in multiple states. She holds the distinction of representing the owners in the sale of the most expensive single-family home sale in Washington DC since 2016.
Anjanette holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.
